Nilüfer is well-educated, well-experienced and well-equipped instructor in any aspect of her field. While studying with her, she always listens to you and care about your requests, and she adapt herself according to your requests as well. This is an important point that should be focused on. It is because many instructor teaches in her/his methods indeed; however, sometimes instructors should adapt themselves according to the needs, requests and weaknesses of learners too. When you look at some instructors who are professional and good in their field, you see that they, sometimes, do not understand the needs of their students. Nevertheless, Nilüfer could understand the needs of her learners and adapt herself according to that. For instance, I myself have not write any single essay or article for 12 years, and I stated my condition to her. Thereafter, she followed a path which is easier for me to understand and remember the technique. Thanks to her path, I understand the way how I should follow and the technique which is suitable for me in exams. Meanwhile, she gave me the words and terms which I can use in my essays. They were significant in order to enrich the content of essays. We studied paragraph-by-paragraph and systematically in light of these words, thus, I saw significant improvement in my writing even in 2 hours. Moreover, we studied online because of time constraints. Although we studied online, I had no difficulties at all and continued to learn at the same level as face-to-face education. Of course, sometimes we had the Internet outages, but eventually we fixed it. She always projects the paper we studied on the screen via Skype application. That’s why you do not have any difficulties, otherwise it would be very difficult to follow up. However, I am sure studying in home environment with her makes you feel comfortable likewise. I totally could say that even some Internet outages, the working environment is quite good. Furthermore, her experience and the way she reflect it to the lessons is marvelous too. She, indeed, is highly experienced and broad perspective personality in terms of places where he studied and worked. Because she resided in USA for many years and did successful things, she has mastered on her field. Therefore, she could share her experience and reflect her knowledge regarding her field. Because many students need guidance, it is important to mentor them. That is what Nilüfer do; mentoring them. Of course, we did not study much as other students, but according to my experience, I could say she can mentor people. Besides, feedbacks are so important in terms of learners to see their weaknesses and mistakes. Nilüfer also give you a quick and proper feedbacks so that you learn the matter properly and in a descent way. Whenever I give her a writing in the evening, she gave me the feedback next morning. When I submitted it early, she sent the feedback the same evening. Sending a rapid feedback Is crucial to learner to fix his/her mistakes in a proper time. At the same time, despite her business, she tried to chose the weekly course hours according to me as well. Because we both work in a job, it was difficult to choose proper hours first; however, we finally chose the hours and days that suit both of us. When I demand her an hour suitable for me, she did not refuse me. Last but not least, in addition to those mentioned above, she is also a sincere person. We did not get bored in class because we had chat about the topics on which we studied. Not just topics, but also we had conversations about world matters and regional issues too. It was very good to share each other intellectual information and knowledge. It is because, a good conversation could give you so many good knowledge leads you to look from a much broader perspective, thus, you could enlarge your philosophical side and reflect it properly. In addition to philosophy, it could serve you as a tool that you could use these information and knowledge in your writings. To sum up, when you put it all together, you could say that Nilüfer is a very good instructor, mentor and person. Her sincerity is also a remarkable feature for her students. Ben Berkay, Bahçeşehir Üniversitede okuyorum. Ben en düşük seviye olan A1 seviyesinden başladım ve şuanda anlık olarak B1 seviyesi öğrenimine kadar geldim.Hocam ile birlikte haftada 4 ders yaptık beni hocam teste aldı ve haftalık 4 saat işlememiz gerekli oldu bana bunu uygun gördü ve kendisi nokta atışı tespitler yaparak derslerine devam etti.Nilüfer hocanın en önem verdiği noktalar a1 seviyesinde ki gibi değil de daha ufkunuzu açacak bilgiler ile size persfektif kazandırmak. Kendisi çok donanımlı bir öğretmen günlük hayattan benzetmeler ile düşünce yapınıza hitap ediyor. Sorunlarınıza anlık çözüm üreterek çok daha akılda kalıcı hale getiriyor.Ben istanbulda yaşıyorum ve bana uzaktan eğitim aldım.Aklımda hep şüphe vardı acaba odaklanabilir miyim diye ama kendisi pozitif ders anlatımları ve içerikleri ile sizi derste ve anda tutabiliyor.
