After my resignation I decided to take ITEP exam therefore, I decided to take specificed professional speaking class from Nilufer Hoca. Ben Jale. Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit Üniversitesi İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı bölümü mezunuyum. Nilüfer hocamla ilk kez Amerikan Kültür Bağlıca şubesinde öğretmenlik ve koordinatörlük yaptığım dönemde tanıştım. Bu süreçte IELTS sınavına hazırlanmak üzere derslere başlayan bir öğrencimiz ve hali hazırda yetişkin B2 sınıfımız vardı. Nilüfer hocam bu durumda elinden geldiğinin de fazlasını yaparak bize destek oldu. Bir koordinatör olarak gerek IELTS gerekse grup derslerine olan özverisinden dolayı kendisine hayran kaldım. Büyük bir özen ve titizlikle derslerden önce planlarını yapar; çalışma kağıtlarını ve sınıf ortamını, projektör, beyaz tahta vs. hazır ederdi. Tatlı dili ve güler yüzü sayesinde hem öğrenciler hem de öğretmenler ve diğer çalışma arkadaşlarımız tarafından çok sevildi. Hem akademik hem de sosyal anlamda kendisinden çok fazla şey öğreneceğim bir öğretmen, akademisyen ve dünyalar tatlısı bir insan. Kendisiyle daha ilk iletişimimizde yaptığı çalışmaları ve çalıştığı yerleri görünce kendisine olan hayranlığım başladı. Babam hep: "Seni hep bir ileriye taşıyacak olan insanları hayatında tut." derdi. Nilüfer hocam o insanlardan biri. Derslerine katılan öğrencilerin yorumlarını dinlediğimde ise hepsinin çok memnun olduğunu ve ilerleyen zamanlarda da hep Nilüfer hoca ile devam etmek istediklerini dile getirdiler. Derslerde enerjik ve içten bir yapısı olmasına karşın, öğrencilerin dikkatini dağıtmayan, aksine onların derse konsantre olmalarını sağlayan da bir disiplini var. Öğrenciler, derslerinde asla sıkılmıyorlar. Hem şahsım adına hem de öğrencilerimiz ve diğer personellerimiz adına dersler ve akademik süreç haricinde kalan zamanlarda bize karşı yaklaşımı, bir arkadaş, bir abla gibi. Kendini her anlamda ve birçok alanda çok fazla geliştirmiş ve geliştirmeye de devam eden birisi. Nilüfer hocama birçok konunda danışabiliyoruz. To Whom It May Concern: I am Hasan Özcan. I am a Turkish Language and Literature teacher for 38 years and an administrator who spent 25 of these years as an administrator in different schools. I am currently working as a Turkish Language and Literature teacher at an Education Center. I had the opportunity to gain a lot of knowledge about National Education, teachers and students. During these long years, especially the characteristics of my teacher friends, their professional ethics, knowledge, self-education, relationships with students, work discipline, self-confidence, communication, self-improvement, having a vision and mission, etc. I had the opportunity, and time to monitor and evaluate those issues. In this respect, I trust my experiences to objectively evaluate the characteristics and shortcomings of a teacher. We had the opportunity to work together with our teacher Nilüfer Mısırlı at the prestigious high school where I was the deputy school principal in the 2000-2011 academic year. We served to the institution together for 6 years. When she came to my room to start her duty at school and we met, I felt the different energy that a teacher should have. She started to give weekly 28-hour (24 hours Main Course) + (8 hours Seminnar-Applied-) English lessons in the Preparatory classes of the newly opened Anatolian High School. The future of our school, which has a new mission with a new school, a new department and new students, and parent satisfaction, were in a way placed on the shoulders of this young female teacher. As the school administrator, the first thing I noticed about the students was that her communication with the students was very good. The nice dialogue he established with the students was immediately noticed by the entire school. This positive energy reflected on the students was the key to their success. We understood from our students' feedback that he was a good guide beyond being an English teacher. We see that our students are sailing to new horizons; Seeing them progress towards their future with determination, patience, hard work and self-improvement day by day brought a new atmosphere to our school. She also brought a new atmosphere to the use of the library and started to spend her free time with our students in the library. Even though she was a young teacher, she made a good impression on her colleagues in terms of communication and setting an example. It was immediately noteworthy that she shared her fresh and extensive knowledge with the group teachers and was open to the experiences of experienced teachers. Even though she is a young teacher, she has set an example for all her colleagues in terms of self-improvement and openness to innovations and technology, which are indispensable for a teacher. Nilüfer Mısırlı, who quickly became one of the exemplary teachers of our school in terms of parents’ communication, which is one of the important pillars of education, managed to open a new door to the success of the students and family relations with the dialogue she developed with the parents of all her students. Nilüfer Mısırlı has been the exemplary teacher of our school in terms of self-improvement and determined work in the academic field, which are indispensable for a teacher. Merhaba, Ben S. Murat Demirci. Nilüfer Mısırlı İngilizce öğretmeni olarak çalıştığı dönemde ben de okul müdür yardımcısı olarak görev çalışıyordum. Şu anda Tosya ilçesi İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürü olarak görevime devam ediyorum. Nilüfer gerek okuldaki derslerinde gerekse okul tarafından açılan İngilizce kurslarında istekli ve başarılı bir şekilde çalıştı. Öğrencilerine ve kursiyerlere son derece faydalı çalışmalar yapmıştır. Ders anlatımındaki samimiyeti ve güçlü iletişimi sayesinde derslerin etkin ve verimli olarak işlenmesine zemin hazırlayarak öğrenciler ve kursiyerler tarafından çok seviliyordu. Ders dışında da öğrencilerle iyi ilişkiler kurarak iyi bir rehber olmuştur. İyi bir ingilizce alt yapısı, kendini devamlı geliştirmesi ve bilgilerini etkin bir şekilde karşısındakine aktarması onu başarılı kılan etkenlerdir. Beraber çalıştığımız süre içerisinde ben de ingilizce kursunda öğrencisi oldum. Bana çok faydası oldu. İngilizce öğrenmemde ve öğrendiklerimi kullanmamda destekleri beni çok motive etti. Yeni metotları ve teknolojik gelişmeleri takip etmesi ve bunları derslerde kullanması da son derece etkiliydi. Güncel örnekler üzerinden verdiği örnekler öğrencilerin derslere olan ilgisini ve öğrenme isteklerini artırmıştır. Kişilerin öğrenebilme kapasitelerine göre farklı yöntemler kullanarak öğrencilerin derslerden keyif almalarını sağlamıştır. Okulda yapmış olduğumuz proje ve etkinliklerde her zaman gönüllü olarak görev almış iyi bir takım arkadaşımızdı. Bunun yanında öğrencilerini de proje ve etkinliklerde görev almaları konusunda devamlı desteklemiştir. Nilüfer çalışkan, azimli çevresine pozitif enerji veren, takım çalışmasını önemseyen, dersleri dolu dolu işleyen bir öğretmendir.
