I graduated from the Elementary School Teaching. After teaching in Istanbul for 7 years, I moved to Dubai, where I taught Turkish to children for 2 years. In 2018, I completed the “Teaching Turkish to Foreigners” certificate program at Marmara University, and since then, I have been teaching Turkish both online and face-to-face.

I have taught for approximately 2,000 hours on language-learning platforms for 8 years. I have worked with students at all levels and taught according to their needs

Having lived abroad, I truly understand that learning a new language, while beautiful, can also be challenging and sometimes discouraging.

I have the experience to help my students overcome the difficulties they face. I design my lessons entirely according to my students’ needs. I share all the materials and notes used during class with my students afterward. I also recommend videos so they can review the lesson and come prepared for the next one.

Since Turkish is an agglutinative language, I prefer to teach it by explaining the logic behind its suffixes. Once you understand how suffixes work, it becomes much easier to adapt to new topics you learn.

In speaking lessons, I carefully choose topics that match my students’ levels and interests. While correcting mistakes during conversations, I explain the reasons behind them and provide new example sentences to make it easier for students to learn the correct forms and adapt quickly.

It genuinely makes me happy to chat with my students and share ideas about Turkish culture, food, movies, travel, music, and many other topics.
