I am an experienced educator and academic leader with more than 25 years of experience in English language teaching, educational leadership, curriculum development, assessment systems, and school administration. I graduated from Doğuş College in 1994 and completed my degree in English Language Teaching at Anadolu University Faculty of Education in 1999.

Throughout my career, I have focused on academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth. My background includes strategic academic planning, assessment systems, curriculum coordination, teacher leadership, and data-driven educational management.

I have extensive experience in the Turkish LGS examination system, including student performance analysis, exam strategy development, academic monitoring, and improvement planning. I have also worked actively in national exam preparation and academic coordination teams.

In addition to national systems, I have significant experience with IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge Assessment English exams. I have guided students in academic writing, reading, listening, and speaking while integrating exam-focused strategies into curriculum planning.

I adopt a student-centered and solution-oriented approach, believing that every student has unique strengths and learning styles. Beyond academic achievement, I focus on identifying the root causes of learning challenges and creating sustainable improvement strategies.

Through the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework, I contributed to curriculum development, middle school restructuring, goal-oriented planning, and effective assessment integration. I also participated in the Access 13 USA English Teaching Program, which strengthened my international teaching perspective.

I have represented schools in educational organizations, parent meetings, admissions processes, and international projects, including European Union projects in Brussels, Athens, and Lithuania.

I have collaborated with organizations such as Cambridge, Macmillan, Oxford, and YDS Academy in educational partnerships and academic projects.

In recent years, I have focused on AI-supported educational applications, digital content development, and technology integration in education. I value collaboration, transparency, strategic planning, and long-term institutional contribution.
