English Teacher

In 2010, I began teaching at the age of 19 in a private school in my hometown. I spent three years teaching several grade levels, with 30 students per classroom. I was able to applied and use a variety of teaching methods and styles in the classroom over these years. Finding effective teaching methods is essential for educators in order to meet the needs of their students and meet their demands for learning progress.

I applied for a teaching post in a public school in 2014, and I received an A out of all the applicants, meaning I was one of the top applicants. Luckily, General Santos City National High School accepted my application. With over 12,000 students enrolled in junior high and senior high school, it is the largest educational facility in the city. I have been teaching junior high school students in grades eight, nine, and ten since 2014. I have worked with both mainstream and STE (Science, Technology, and Engineering) students. I currently teach in our school's ninth grade. I currently teach in our school's ninth grade.  

I underwent multiple classroom observations with my ratees, a master teacher, to keep an eye on the methods, techniques, and styles I used during the teaching-learning process. Furthermore, on how to deal with students who have different personalities.  

Furthermore, I began teaching online in 2019 through a variety of companies, including 51talk, Sankie, and ENEST. A Chinese company called 51talk specializes in English education and provides a range of courses for students as young as three years old as well as adults. In contrast, Sankie is an English-language Japanese web portal. These two businesses operated on a one-on-one basis. It was a positive experience that helped me develop my patience when working with foreign students.  

I currently work for ENEST, a Vietnamese online English organization, where I instruct students of various skill levels in grammar and even business issues using Oxford textbooks.
