As much as I like spending time with learner-groups in language institutions, I often find the measures taken to identify students' levels of proficiency obsolete and money-oriented. Also, the teachers are not offered the liberty of using different teaching methods aligning with the language learners' interest which is pity. Private lessons render the tutor to have a better and deeper understanding of what their student needs in order to improve their language skills.

My methods have proved to be very effective in building confidence in my students and creating the excitement in their psyches to go after new experiences within the world of English learning. I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in English Literature. I have been an ESL and an EFL teacher, tutor and instructor for the past 15 years. I'm also TESOL certified. 

It is crucial to keep in mind that inspiring the learners to acquire the language skills is possible not only through identifying their individual needs but also via channeling their previous unsuccessful attempts into consideration. The younger learners and also young adults need to internalize the grammar and vocabulary through constant use of the target language, for this reason taking advantage of media and games would help them achieve the desired accuracy and fluency without pressuring them to do so.

Language learning requires a lot of practice and patience, therefore, my suggestion is for my language learners to put a trust in me and try to follow the instructions given to them.
