I give private lessons because I truly believe every child deserves the chance to learn in a way that makes sense for them. In schools, many students don't always get the individual attention they need, especially those who struggle with reading, writing, or other learning challenges. Through private lessons, I can slow down, focus on their unique needs, and build their confidence step by step. For me, it's not just about teaching a subject — it's about helping a student discover their strengths, overcome difficulties, and enjoy learning again.

With nearly 15 years of professional experience, I have worked extensively with children facing reading challenges, learning disabilities, and behavioral difficulties. My areas of expertise include informal assessments in reading, learning and developmental difficulties, pre-writing skills, IEP planning, classroom observations, and behavioral reporting. I also provide counseling to address emotional, social, and moral issues in mainstream classrooms. Beyond student support, I conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers to raise awareness about specific learning disabilities, ensuring that schools and educators are better equipped to meet the needs of all learners.

My expertise lies in Special Education, Reading & Remedial intervention, and English teaching, with a strong focus on helping students overcome challenges and discover their strengths.

I hold a Master’s degree in Special Education, advanced training in child development and psychopathology, and certification as an Orton–Gillingham Reading Specialist. Over the years, I have worked closely with children who struggle with dyslexia, reading and writing difficulties, and other specific learning needs, using evidence-based and structured literacy approaches to guide their progress.
