Uzman İngilizce Öğretmeni

I have always shown a key interest in the English language and continued pursuing my dream of studying English Language Teaching. I put considerable effort into my studies until my graduation from the department. I have a strong desire and passion to develop myself in foreign languages. I am particularly interested in conducting analysis between languages such as Turkish and English, as well as English and German. I love analyzing world English and cultures, and the courses I have taken, such as Language and Society, World English and Cultures, and Pragmatics, have further consolidated my interest and knowledge in this subject and field. I aspire to sustain my career in linguistics, supported by pragmatics and world English. I always approach English Language Teaching with professional, innovative, and up-to-date methods, including gamification tools such as Edpuzzle, Wordwall, Kahoot, Socrative, Answer's Garden, Bamboozle, etc. I have been able to demonstrate this through my teaching to young learners and my internship at EMU Preparatory School. I completed my master’s degree with a thesis on the Linguistic Landscape, wherein I undertook research grounded in both sociolinguistic theory and core linguistic analysis.
